Bloomberg: Suhas Joshi speaks to "How to Get Rich Off Your Employee Stock"

Eric Franklin

Suhas Joshi shows his equity chops in a Paulina Cachero article at Bloomberg (pay-walled) about employee stock:
Suhas Joshi had chosen to take performance bonuses in RSUs while working as an engineering manager at Stripe. When the company later held tender offers, he was able to cash out almost all of his shares, even after he had left the company.
and…
Joshi, the former Stripe engineer who now works as a financial adviser for tech workers at Prospero Wealth, said candidates shouldn’t negotiate only over the number of shares. They can ask for better vesting terms, more time to exercise options after leaving and compensation for equity they’re forfeiting to take the job.
